I initially took my vehicle in because it was making a "whistling" noise. Got a call saying it was fixed. Went to pick it up and it sounded worse than it did when I dropped it off. They pulled it back in. I left again. Hours later I went back and still wasn't ready. The mechanic came out apologizing for the delay. I didn't respond cause at this point I was pissed. 20 minutes later the owner comes over to me and explained the issue and why it really took so long. He was extremely apologetic. His attitude, respect and kindness calmed me.
I'm giving five stars because there was an issue that led to another issue after acknowledging my vehicle was ready. But, Midtown rectified the situation and extended a discount when they easily could have charged me an arm and a leg! The discount is a blessing, but the integrity, respect for how I felt, and kindness really speaks to people's character.
