Midland Tire was truthfully the worst auto shop experience I have ever been through. It took nearly two whole months for my rack and pinion to be replaced and to say lack of communication from the business was bad is an understatement. I was never contacted about anything involving my vehicle, I had to take initiative each time to figure out what they were doing with my car. Every time they gave me a date that my car would be done it was off by over a week each time. I was lied to about needing my break pads replaced (they were replaced 3 months prior). I strongly recommend no one gives these people business as the company only seems to care about money rather than customer service.
