I bought a 2015 dodge rams Cummins 2500 on November 26th it is now January 23rd ! No tags . I’ve contacted them numerous times to hear excuses after excuses . Telling me that the dmv lady they deal with retired and their backed up on tags for 2 months . 2. The whole state of North Carolina has Covid . I asked for a extension for temp tags numerous times where they said they would send them out and nothing has been sent! Not to mention fuel filter was leaking on my diesel and had diesel everywhere which I fixed myself , havnt even had the truck a month and it won’t start cause both batteries are bad ! Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with and I have bought cars many times . If I could do it again I would never give them my business and I beg everyone to stay clear from this dealership! I don’t even know how they have 4 starts to be honest they simply do not give a crap about their customers they only want your money and after that you are nothing to them !
