WuWu said they wrote down the wrong mileage, they wrote down 3000 miles instead of 5000 miles and he ended up changing the oil himself because he thought it was time for an oil change. When they finally reached out to him to let him know they were trying to contact him, Wu Wu said he never received any calls. So when he did take his vehicle in, due to it being time for another oil change they told him he had a nail in his tire and they removed the nail, charging $20 without asking him first. They told him that is why his low pressure light was on after the place he purchased his vehicle from had already told him the light was broken. He stated they should have at least showed him pictures of the nail in his tire for proof that they did what they said because he doesn't know that there was a nail in his tire. It wasn't cheap and he isn't sure he wants to go back. They are expensive.
