Need new management
The new management in this place sucks and needs some revision because their inspection experience is horrible looking at all the bad reviews. They didn’t put catalytic converters in my new exhaust and my cars keep going back due to the same problems. They explains to me that I need springs and wanted me to do them due to some unknown reason and I go to show them the springs they are all already new and they agreed with me and I had to diagnose my car my self. Very disappointed on how much money I put into this place and will never come back to this place including with other family members scared to even step foot back in because they offered a re fund due to there own mess ups. The fat old manager that works there continues to argue with me at the end of my experience and threatens to fight my dad due to him not wanting his rims spray painted. The workers there just goes along with what this fat man Chris says because he is so called “new management” he goes on to say he lives in Leominster and to come to his house for his own beating and that explains why the service was so poor because he was from Leominster and if your not from mass Leominster is not the ideal place to go to for a good time. Would love for people to not bring there amazing vehicles here especially antique ones because they would love to drop another one off a lift just so as they did mine.
