Beyond disappointed
Had an appointment that was scheduled by phone. I actually spoke to 2 different people to set the appointment who made no mention of leaving it all day. I showed up for my scheduled appointment and was told to leave it and they would try to squeeze it in that day. What is the purpose of scheduling an appointment if your overbooked? And why not mention it had to be left there all day? I used to love the service at this location, now it's horrible.
