The familiarity of the customers coming back. That drew me to go there the many many complimenting reviews, so I had to give it a shot. First Anthony was very polite and understanding to my concern. I needed car inspected without the hit expense right away. I had oil pressure low light going on and off then the engine light followed. My son installed the part I was told that needed to be replaced 2 months ago. I didn't want to go through an expense that wasn't necessary. I was stressing. I ended up taking car back after leaving it there an afternoon into the following day. I wasn't charged for anything. They took time to run a quick diagnostic first time, then I changed it please check connector and wiring over to make sure BUT not to replace the sensor switch.
I appreciate ALL there patience with me. and not pressure me to doing it and paying for it there. They agreed with me afterwards that I should take it back where I originally installed the part at (my sons garage )and to also have him return the part as well for another one, since it was faulted.
Thankyou ALL at Midas!
Great understanding and helpful people from front counter to the mechanic area. I totally recommend this establishment for your local nearby vehicle needs.
