Sense of Responsibility

I brought in my Chevy Equinox for a reason that there is a knock or thud sound whenever I accelerate from low speed. Other problem is that it seems that car is shaking and groaning when turning the wheel upon making tight turns. Half a day later I was told that Transfer Case and Drive Shaft was the culprit. A Whole day and $3300 (Used parts installed) later I was told it was FIXED!...I test drive it after paying the whole bill and found out the problem is still there as if "nothing changed"!!. I informed them early morning the following day and was told to just "bring it back"... after a whole day again and $600 later findings are now the CV Axle in the left that was causing the problem after all .. I'm glad it is fixed this time but makes me upset and wonder .. was the $3300 really a necessary fix in the first place , also is it not shameful to charge me another labor fee of $239 in the second time where you already charge me $1000 before and a used transfer case for $1737 and used driveshaft for 345..MIDAS you can do better than this .It is given that not all diagnostic are perfect but be responsible enough to own a mistake and take a decent step to show you care so your costumer wont fell Robbed or Cheated ...Being a big company Midas "You can do better" ...
