Amazing
My husband and I were on our way from MA to NY on 31st of August and our truck broke down about an hour away from our destination in CT. Nelson Towing company scammed us and changed us and never came. Other towing companies couldn’t come due to sort staff and others were closed. So we had to sleep on the side of exit 8A until 7AM for a tow to come and he called Midas and asked if they could help us ASAP because we were not from there. They accepted. However the problem was more serious than expected so we had to leave the truck there and go to NY as planned. Midas kept in touch with everything going on. In the end they couldn’t fix the issue because a new transmission would take 6 weeks to get there and obviously I wouldn’t go home 2 hours away without our truck however they were amazing people. Very nice and fixed a lot on the truck. I would recommend them for simple issues ! They also get all their parts from the dealer so no worries on old /scam parts going into your vehicle! Plus they always give you an estimate on pricing before you accept the service. All service done shows up on Carfax ! Highly recommend!!
