Overlooked/forgotten
I made an appointment for 9 AM for an oil change. I left the car the night before left the key and my coupon in the overnight box. I don’t know if they didn’t look in the parking lot for my car, but when I arrived at 3 PM to pick up the car, it had not been done. They hadn’t opened the lockbox with the key inside and I was told it wasn’t done because the person with the lockbox key hadn’t arrived until I half an hour before I did. But if that’s the case, why didn’t someone call me or message me to tell me the car wasn’t gonna be ready until late afternoon? I could’ve shown up at 10 o’clock to find my car not done then but no one had the courtesy to even figure out why they’re 9 o’clock car was either not there or or that they needed to get the key from the box. Then I don’t even know if he used my coupon because there was no notation on the bill about it. Nor was I offered some other discount for the less than average way this was handled
