I went to Midas in Bloomfield, CT. My experience was much smoother than I had expected.The gentleman at the desk was named John. He was professional and knowledgeable. The facility was very busy, but he remained calm, professional and kind to all customers. He explained the different types of oil and he did not try to pressure me into purchasing more than what I had planned. I appreciate this Midas. I have been telling everyone about this experience and encouraging people to come here. I will definitely go back.
