I love it when I get threatened with a police call by my mechanic.
My brakes aren’t in great shape, but the vehicle still stops on a dime. The mechanic chose to tell me that he “could” call the cops but chose not to, and kept pressuring me to pay an insanely overinflated rate to repair the brakes.

I was in for an oil change and I will continue to tell all of my friends to never use Midas for anything short of a deep cleaning of a car intensely stained with feces.
