My Experience
I have been there 3 times now and every time has been great they are respectful courteous and understanding. They are very informative and they don't up sell . i certainly will be going back when needed.

Quick, Friendly Service
First time at Mickey's at the suggestion of my brother, a long-time client. I found there was something hanging off under my 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander. Called to make an appointment and was able to get in quickly. I was in and out in under 30 minutes! Called to the desk that my vehicle was ready and was told that it was part of the exhaust housing where the bolts had eroded. He said that the exhaust itself was fine, so no need to replace anything at this time. They just wired everything up back in place and said "No Charge" WHAAAAT? Never in all my years with any of my vehicles have I heard those words from a service station! They thanked ME for coming in! So nice. So kind. No wonder my brother raves about them! Being new to the area, I appreciated the recommendation and will look no further for a mechanic! (My other vehicle is a 2009 Honda Pilot who needs a little TLC from time to time) I will definitely be back and jump on the rave wagon!! Thanks Mickey's, for your outstanding customer service!

Very professional
Brought my car to Mickeys a couple of times for engine work
Work was done in the time they promised and price was very reasonable

Gear shifter replacement
I have a 2017 Malibu and had a problem with the gear shifter console was not making contact when putting the car into park. We brought the vehicle to Mickey's who diagnosed the problem and replaced the gear shift console the next day. Ken H. was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the repairs the car needed. The work was done in a timely manner and I am very happy with the service I received from Ken H. and the staff at Mickey's Goodyear. I highly recommend Mickey's Goodyear for your car repair needs.

New tires and wheel alignment
We recently had a tire blow out on late Friday evening and brought it to Mickey's on Saturday morning. A few hours later, we had 4 new tires along with a front and rear wheel alignment. Mike M. from Mickey's was very professional and quick to respond to our repair needs. Mike and his staff were professional, courteous, reasonable, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Mickey's Goodyear Service, which is a family owned business and highly respected in the Joliet area, for any automotive need.
