Lies
Never work with Pedro Trujillo to buy or Lewis Henry to finance. They promised to refinance the car in 1 year and the payments would lower and interest as long as we make on time payments which we did and let our credit grow which it did. Then the payments and interest were so high but the confidence and promise they made had us trust them. All for a sale. Pedro was too busy watching Seahawks game to even interact with us and anytime I called him as he told us if we had issues which we did he would help and never did. Lewis promise to call back in 1 year and never did I had to contact him and when did he just straight up said things change in refinancing cars. Just got a call back with the back that financed us to refinance and they were able to make deal, and told us the dealer lied about its not about time or letting credit build they told us they lied to us completely and should have never made that promise. All was a lie to the Customer to get a car. Only honest person there is Kaleb in maintenance who cares to help and fix issues, calls back, focuses on taking and knowing you. Most importantly keeps his promise.
