Brianna said the technicians are very nice. They kept her updated and did not do any service without her consent. The customer service is good and the experience also.
Andre said he was misled by the service writer and he was overcharged. The repairs were done well however the service writer had told him that the diagnostic fee would be removed from the labor fee. He would be afraid to recommend this business to someone and they be misled also.
Ed said the starter went out and he had his vehicle towed there Saturday. He said he told them he needed his vehicle and they didn't tell him they were closed and they didn't tell him when his vehicle was ready. He said he doesn't believe that they know what they are doing. He would not recommend for reasons stated.
We brought our car in for brakes & they checked them . They said they were good. We were glad they were honest & just didn't do them because they were good.
Bonita said the initial problem that she took it in for was not resolved and she had to go back. She might recommend the business because they did get it done. Get it rectified.
