I was called in as a current Mitsubishi car owner during their Sales Event. I forgot to set up an appt with the caller as I was looking into trading my own vehicle. Thankfully, Louie was available and he helped us find the car my partner and I wanted. Our overall experience from the beginning to getting the car was exceptional. He was full of smiles and accommodating despite our last minute walk in. When we picked up our car, he mentioned that he left us a gift. To our surprise it was the car’s branded floor mat.
