The crew, (all of them that I interacted with) were very friendly and helped get my truck, which had an axle that was about to fall apart, back on the road quickly. They had to keep it overnight, so Chris offered me, my wheelchair and my daughter a ride home and said they were letting the axle parts soak overnight to hopefully free it up so they could dismantle it to repair it. It took a little extra time (overnight), and effort, but i was happy to leave it in their hands to fix it correctly. The next day they sent a tech to my house to pick up my daughter so she could bring my truck back home. Even though it took extra effort and time to fix, Chris stood by his original quote to me without me haggling. I also love the fact they they send a text afterwards, checking on everything. The fact that they do that shows that they are confident in their work. I refuse to pay the high prices at a dealership, so I take my truck here for oil changes as well. Excellent all around! My daughter says you need a sofa in the waiting room so she could take a nap lol 😂
