Recent Visit
I recently brought my 2013 Chevrolet Malibu in for a routine oil change. As I was working with the Service Writer, Jason Quinn, one of the Porters, Robert kept interfering with what we were doing, and it made it difficult for me to communicate with Jason. And this is not the first time that Robert has done this whenever I have come in for service. I don't know why they don't do something about him. When I was in the waiting room, Jason came and told me that I needed a new battery for my car but they wouldn't have it until in the afternoon. So he offered me a ride home and they would deliver the car to me. But my husband, who is also a Porter just gave me his truck to take home and he brought my car home. Overall I had a good experience except for the one Porter.
