Godsend!

We had our GMC Yukon Denali XL towed to the shop, as it was making horrible noises and the check engine light was also on. We had them perform a full diagnostic, which unfortunately revealed we needed a new engine. We were staying in Loveland short term and had already been dealing with other hardships. They were more than understanding and let us keep our Yukon on their lot while we sorted everything out. Once we decided to sell our Yukon and wait for it to be towed away, Lisa in particular, was very helpful, thoughtful and guided us through the process. When there were some unforseen circumstances that delayed the pick up of the Yukon, again, Lisa was there to help reassure us that it was fine to keep the Yukon on their lot. We then had to leave Loveland and our Yukon had not yet been picked up. We talked with Lisa and entrusted her with handling the transaction of selling our Yukon. Lisa and the team at Metric Motors not only let us keep our broken down Yukon on their lot for over two weeks, but they helped complete the process of selling it, and overnighting our check to us. They even gave us a gift card to buy groceries and showed us compassion in our time of need. We truly cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for us!
