1 bad apple ruins it for all
I just left, take 5, less than 5 minutes ago, my car would not start and I asked the actual young man that was helping me what the wrench meant in my life. Um, manual, this has never happened to me. There was one kid and he was in a big hurry to get moving getting l belligerent towards me like he wanted to hurry up and get the next car in. He didn't care that my car was yeah, not functioning properly. And then he said, I was yelling at him. I may have been talking loudly because my left hearing is shot. I'm also a registered nurse. And uh I let the little manager know that this guy was ridiculous, and why he was over at the next person's car, he mouthed to me, f*** y**, b****. So yeah, I think this guy should be let go. He's kind of a heavyset kid with Brown hair Messi, I don't know if he had a wild Friday night Saturday night, whatever, but his behavior was totally uncalled for and so unprofessional unbelievable. I'm going to spread the word like wildfire, because this kid was rotten to the core. And I left a nice tip, so I want to make sure this kid gets 0 pennies of that tip, you can talk to the manager for today. And make sure this kid is long gone. He was totally obnoxious, and yeah, totally disrespectful, I have patience that come in and have attitudes, but if I ever talked to my patients like he was talking to me. I would have been handed a pink slip. I have been there before. This wasn't my first time. It was the first time with this car, and it's all electronic, and I don't know, electronic, you know what I'm talking about. It's all yeah, electrical bits and pieces. It runs on gasoline. However, after they put the oil change It wouldn't start, and this kid was having a conniption fit to get moving when I couldn't get my car started. So yeah, what a jerk do something about this
