First that your vehicle take 6 qts of full synthatic oil and toyota OEM filter. Second those light bulbs are not regular light bulbs but the fog light bulbs , which can only be replace under the bumper that requires more labor time .  We aim to provide quality service, and nobody wants to feel like they’re being charged by the light bulb!
