Honest and Professional Automotive service across from Merrick Train Station
I have used Meroke Auto Repair for over 30 years and have alway found them to be always honest, professional and fairly priced. He serviced my commercial fleet that I garaged in Manhattan. My trust in Fred and his team made it worth my while to take vehicles at times tow trucks from Manhattan to Merrick because I always knew he was treating me fairly. Where other mechanics look to find things to repair Freddy more often than not will say a repair (not a safely issue) will have to be done but it could go 20,000 miles before it needs to be done, and as I tend to keep vehicles a long time (25 yrs+ 150,000 mile +) it makes a difference who is maintaining them. I would used anyone else, invariably anyone who comes into his shop becomes a loyal customer because of the personal relationship he establishes with Fred the owner treating everyone as an important customer.
