First visit not so great
called early in the week to take my dodge caravan in for a oil change , break check, tire rotation and a coolant flush. I asked for an appointment on Saturday. The guy told me to bring it down and drop it off at 9:00 a.m it should only take a couple hours to complete . So I got there at 9:00 and Josh was behind the desk and greeted me. He took my name and info but said he was having trouble with the computer system. So he said it came up took my key and said he would call when it was all done . At 12:00 I still didn't hear anything from Josh. I called Josh and asked about my van he said it would be another hour to hour and a half he said he could see out the window he was still working on it . At 2:30 still didn't hear anything from Josh or anyone else. I knew they closed at 3:00 on Saturday so I went to see what was up. Josh told me oh I'm glad you stopped in the only thing that saved on the computer was your name . They did the services and that seemed fine and seemed honest .
