WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I have been in the automobile business for almost 30 years and if I could give this place less than 1 star, I certainly would. They may be good on the service side but my experience with the salesman (or whatever he calls himself) Barry made me want to take a long hot shower after I left his filthy showroom. I tried to make an appointment last week to come see the vehicle and he made it clear that his time was valuable and that I needed to work around his schedule instead of mines. They are not open on the weekends so I asked to work with another sales person that could accommodate me and he responded by saying that he was the only sales person. I should have run when I had the chance. Not only was he rude, he was extremely condescending and very arrogant. So much so, that he made me feel as if I needed to earn HIS business and not the other way around. Even though they had a very rare car that I really wanted, he would never let me forget that the entire time I was in his presence. I asked him if the vehicle had an Alpine stereo system and he shrugged his shoulders at me as if he didn't give a shit and never answered my question. To make matters worse, before my test drive, he told me that I couldn't take the coffee that I had in my hand along with me. I should have left right there and then but if I didn't really like the car, I wouldn't have wasted the 2 hour drive to get there and back. I tried to give him chance after chance to earn my business but he is just not a nice human being. He gave me a ridiculous number for my trade which I had a couple of yankee candle bars hanging inside of it. He made it very clear to me that HE didn't like the smell of yankee candles and asked me "why do you have those stinky flowers hanging in your car" and that he finds the smell repulsive. What are we in the 1970s? What an idiot! As if I gave a shit about his feelings when I was there to drop 50k in his establishment. What a very unpleasant experience. His attitude was horrendous and not once has he even called as if I how him a favor. You are definitely in the wrong business buddy. If he had given me the car for free, I wouldn't give this guy 1 red cent without asking for some change back first. I couldn't be more pleased when I ended up spending more money on purchasing a pre-owned 4xe with 4k miles (and not from Canada). I also got $5,000 more for my trade than his ridiculous offer. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
