Services rendered, not timely
Was quoted for a time frame, of the following AM. Wasn't finished until late afternoon. But nevertheless the work was done. Although I wasn't really given a breakdown of the work after it was done. Just to confirm what they said they were going to do.

Great, same day service. Exceeded expectations
I had to double check to be sure it was my car. Not only did they fix the problem, but cleaned and vacuumed the inside of my car as well.

Very unsatisfied
After waiting over an hour to have someone tell me about my car Iwas charged 123 $ to have someone tell me why my check engine light was on. I feel as if I was taken advantage of. Nothing was fixed on my car. When I went to leave my battery was dead and no one came out to help when we asked for help jumping my car. I am very disappointed with the service I received

Good catch
Steve is such a great guy! I was so thankful for his thoroughness. When I brought my vehicle in for an oil change/check up, he checked it over and found some uneven wear on my brand new tires and was able to do an alignment for me. I then took the bill from McQueen’s back to the tire shop that did not align them properly and they agreed that it was a good catch(their mistake) and they foot the bill. Thanks Steve for taking such good care of our vehicles!

Oil change and rotation today
I have known Steve for many many years he does nice work and he does a lot of work and over sees other people at his business are doing the job correctly. He has a lot of energy and wants to make sure you are happy with the his work. Missy also makes you feel at ease and makes you feel welcome. Go there and he will take care of your needs.

It was bad work experience They tried to charge me for something they broke
It was a bad experience they told us a certain time it would be done the parts did not come until 20 minutes after the car was supposed to bend on then they broke the syllonoid that goes on the starter and try to charge me a $150 for a new starter and they was paid to change the alternator Which is in a different area on the other side of the motor that they was paid to change the alternator
