Saved me Hundreds due to honest work.
Chevy dealership quoted me $1900 to replace my alternator. I denied service and had it towed to Shell on Mclearan in Herndon. Quoted $1100 before any work based off my request for work. They performed a true diagnostic and found that a single fuse was blown. The service manager called me to let me know that it needed to be replaced and that the alternator was fine. Final price $412 for completion to include a oil change and hole in tire fix. They also filled some fluids in my car as well from a stock I had in my trunk. Work was completed on time, the pick up went smooth. No trying to scam me out of hundreds. Just honest mechanics providing exceptional and over the top service. I will only be taking my vehicle to them in the future, no matter what. Thank you for being honest and saving me hundreds of dollars from scammers. Shell is the best. 100% professional staff.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!
