Good Service
Eric the technician emailed to let me know he was on his way and actually arrived before the window of time I was given when I set up the service appointment. He was courteous and found the problem very quickly. He explained that to me and adjusted the overload safety setting to prevent a similar problem from recurring. I was very pleased with the service.
