Servicing the Elevator
The technician that came to our home was excellent - he found the issue immediately and since he had more time on the clock, we had him do a full service on the machine.
The one comment I would have - if someone had troubleshooted the issue from the office - asked just a couple of questions, we could have saved the technician from coming out. However, everything went very smoothly.
