I had a 9 am appointment for an oil change. I arrived 20 min early and got in line. At 9 Lalo told me I would have a 2 hour wait even with an appointment. It actually was 2 hours and 45 minutes....I will never come here for an oil change again unless I have one of the first appointments. Lalo was very nice but waiting time was ridiculous.
