Noise in drivers seat.
I was in with my new Tucson today for a noise in the drivers seat. At first it wouldn’t make the sound i had been hearing. Both Colin and Anthony assisted be Jay showed patience and we finally got the seat to make the noise. It took a while but thats ok they located and repaired the seat to my absolute satisfaction. Mcgovern should be proud and appreciative to have great technicians working in their service department. I know i appreciate them.

Refusing to correct problem with car registration which they caused
We purchased a new Tucson in early May. The sales man had us change registration on car because my husband was legally blind. The RMV has spent hours trying to change but cannot because we financed thru Hyundai. McGovern has not fixed problem that has continued since early May. Taking advantage of senior citizens

Very poor customer service
Do not do business with them. My wife went in for a technical service bulletin item to be checked, the crew there decided to put new rear shocks in her car followed by charging over $1500. She was there with a 1 month old baby for over 4 hours while she waited in the waiting area. They never once went over with her the cost of the rear shocks install. Funny thing is she has a premium warranty coverage holder with them that covers front and rear suspension and shocks. They offered a loaner vehicle but upon checking they had none so she was held there longer with a new born. What company charges the warranty holder for something that is covered under their own warranty. They stated they were waiting to get an answer back from the warranty company but we're very fast to take her$1500. Sleezy business practices all around. What bothers me is that my wife was at the dealership the entire time and never once did they go over cost. They just did the work, then said it may be covered under their warranty (look up the premium warranty all shocks are covered) and then where extremely fine taking a payment of $1500 from a new mother that had been sitting in your waiting room with a new born and she just wanted to get home at that point to take care of the baby. Shame on you and your business and we will never buy another vehicle from you again and will make sure this review gets around.

Be wary of the parts and service departments!
Be wary of the parts and service departments!!!!!
Took my Santa Fe in on 5/3 to have the backup camera replaced a second time under warranty. They verified that it had a short in it and would need to be replaced. They told me that they would be ordering a replacement camera and that I should expect a call within 2 to 3 business days to schedule the appointment to have the service performed. It's now 46 days later and despite having called multiple times to check on the status of the new camera's delivery until today I was repeatedly told to expect a call within a few days because the shipment was pending. However, today, when I called, I was informed that the camera had arrived at some point, sat on a shelf for 30 days, nobody could be bothered to call me and so it was shipped back. This absolute clown show really makes me question my purchase because if something more major were to occur while the vehicle is under warranty, I have very low expectations that it would be serviced in a timely fashion. I would recommend to anybody reading this review if you are waiting for a part to call them everyday until you recieve it because obviously they need to have theirs hands held if you expect to get the work done.

Horrible customer service after sale
I recently purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership. The car came with two tops, which I told the salesman I was excited about when I saw in the listing photos. The price seemed very reasonable considering it came with a $2500 additional top so I had no gripes. The weather finally turns nice enough to put the soft top on and I discovered the roof is damaged beyond repair, cannot even put the side windows on. I asked for them to help me out and I got a response that I would expect from some sleazy used car lot. They told me the car was listed as having one cover, and that they had no way of knowing the damage as the soft top was not on. I have to call BS on this response. The dealership clearly put the hard top on because it was not fully installed, the person that traded it in was clearly not driving it around like that. I feel this was a bait and switch, the roof was in the vehicle when I looked at it, it was in the pictures in the listing and at the end of the day they sent me home useless roof that is going to cost me money to dispose of. It's not right, all of this could have been very easily fixed with a $500 replacement canvas, and they refused to even discuss this with me. I just got a flat out no we won't help you.

The staff was great and facility is clean. However I went in for an appointment to have my tail light looked at on April 27.. I was told that the part had to be ordered and they would call once it came in to schedule an appointment. A month went by with no call. So I called only to find out the part came in on April 29. So if I didn’t call I would have still been waiting. I had given the benefit of doubt that shipping was delayed because of Covid but that wasn’t the case.

The service once I did get the piece installed was great and fast and the staff was very friendly
