Bought a BRAND new Eddie Bauer 31ED. On our first trip one week after purchase we had a ton of issues (battery, hot water, fridge, bubbles in roof, gas inlet broken.) We contacted McGeorges and they couldn’t get us in for service until the next week. When we took it in they told us it wouldn’t get “assigned to a tech” for 2 weeks!! Not sure why they had us bring it in to sit in their lot for 2 weeks, but there it sits - 3 weeks later. Told at week 3 it had been “assigned to a tech” but service didn’t know anything else. Honestly, if a 100k motor home needs service in the first 2 weeks of purchase, shouldn’t they expedite? I’m sure that if I stopped paying due to lack of being able to use the RV it would be a huge issue!! We have a big trip planned in 10 days and I have no idea where we stand (when I finally get through to someone, they can’t tell me anything). Please DO NOT buy from camping world - they can sell you an RV but apparently are too busy to service it. Wish I never bought it.
