When opening a ticket for a customer requesting diagnostic work to determine a problem, an entry is made in our computer's database that reflects there will be a diagnostic charge. When finalizing the ticket's charges, this diagnostic charge is usually removed and the final charge incorporates the diagnostic and labor time actually expended to perform the work to diagnose and fix what the determined problem is. Accidentally, our service writer did not remove the initial entry (as is usually done), and the diagnostic fee was charged in error. Please contact me so we can issue the necessary credit to you.
