Very poor service......
If I can give this place a negative rating i would. I took my car there almost 2 months ago and nothing has been done. This service department is a total joke.

@Andrew Weir i have been in contact with you several times. Unfortunately, your response consistently represents a money hungry agenda. The only "assistance" you offer is solely based on payment upfront for unnecessary parts and diagnostic fees that should not even be charged on vehicles that are brought in solely for recalls, especially one with pending class action settlement

If you dont feel that this experience displays the true integrity if your company than I invite you to uphold your response to my original review and work on really making this right.

For customers who are dealing with issues like this just know legally Recalls have no expiration date. Campaigns expire recalls do not.
