Went to Maxx auto about 2 years ago when my brakes locked up. I was ASKED if it was alright to do each step of the process, I was treated like a person not another number. Last year I called to get my power steering line fixed and Lou remembered me, I was shocked. Today I went in to get an oil change and still feel like I'm not just a number. I know I'm just a customer but it feels like everyone there is a "friend", they are all so very nice and considerate. The prices are fair, Everytime I ask how much something is I go "Oh it's only that much?" (In my head of course). I live 20 minutes away now but still wouldn't go anywhere else to get my car work done. Best service, So friendly, Extremely Knowledgeable and Great prices.... What more could u ask for
