Front desk associate was nice, helpful, and seemed to care about retaining me as a customer. I went in for an oil change, but they checked everything over and gave me a print off of what they checked and what the results were. The wait time was reasonable, and they have a large reception office to sit in while you wait. There were also multiple other amenities/services available. They have a Facebook page that you can 'like' and receive special offers. They even vacuumed my floorboards!
