I understand that sometimes appointment times get bungled and long waits can happen. I waited over three hours (in person) for an oil change and tire rotation and it was frustrating, but I was patient. But due to a previous repair I requested that they didn’t successfully fix (a leaky tire), I discovered they never actually rotated the tires. My leaky tire is still in the same location.

If they absolutely didn’t have time to rotate the tires and had communicated with me, I would have understood. We could have rescheduled. But to make me wait hours only to lie to me about work performed is appalling.

Unhappy customer
I was told the problem I brought the car in for was a result of the way I drive it. Not having found anything wrong they tried to upsell me on a set of tires and an alignment. If I can help it I'll never go back there.

Service Department needs a lot of improvement
You only get 1 chance to make a 1st impression and mine was of complete disappointment. I made an appointment for my 1st oil change and maintenance on 2022 car. I ask for a vehicle to drive, since I also had an another appt.that morning. I was told no problem. I show up 15 minutes early and am told that they don't have a vehicle for me because no one set it up and I would have to wait 40 min. to find one. The poor guy who was helping was trying because I explained I didn't have that long. The service "manager" was so rude to him and me and kept saying rude things until I said that I was sorry to be such a pain in his butt however I do expect him to do his job without being nasty. Then when I picked up my vehicle no one told me where it was parked at. I start it up and my car tells me I have so many miles until my next oil change. Nobody bothered to reset the computer. I didn't even waste my time going back in. I have never had this bad of an experience with a service department. I love my new car but can't recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from here until they fix this problem

Take your car somewhere else
Seriously, don’t bother with their service department unless you want to deal with people who don’t know up from down. Twice they’ve completed a service wrong and caused an issue that I had to make another appointment to get fixed. Ridiculous.

Good experience!
My car battery died the day before I was supposed to drive 6 hours to St. Louis for the weekend. Max Hyundai was able to get me in right away, and the service was professional and timely. I was very thankful for the shuttle service provided; I wasn't able to wait at the dealership while they replaced the battery as I had a work commitment, and they were able to drive me back to my apartment and pick me up to take me back when my car was finished.

First Vehicle Maintenance
Never rotate my tires per maintenance but put on the paperwork saying that they have rotate my tires, as it is in the same spot before brought in for service, as my front driver side rim have big scratch mark on it and after service, it's in the same spot. How are we going to trust someone like that.

Did not complete the work I went in for.
I dropped my car off to get the tires rotated and oil change, they literally called me back like less than an hour later saying that my car was done. I found it suspicious but I went to go pick it up anyways. I know that my tires were not rotated because of the fact that the same tire had low pressure upon picking up. My car was sounding and running funny after my appointment as well, my dad found that they didn’t even put the filter back in my car and it was laying underneath my hood. He took a photo as well. I’m so frustrated and upset with this situation and have left a voice mail.
