Called for an appointment on a newly purchased vehicle. I explained what I felt needed to be addressed and was called back within 15 minutes with a tentative quote. They made it clear it was an all day job list and scheduled the appointment for the next day. Through out the course of their work I was contacted with updates as well as complications. Options were presented from which I made choices on how to proceed. One item I felt needed addressed they reported it appeared sound and no work was needed. Service was completed in the time frame they stated. Upon pickup, an explanation of services was made, no additional issues were detected and a maintenance schedule was outlined. They had not worked on this particular vehicle before, a 2005 Subaru Baja Turbo, and appeared eager to learn more about the workings of the car...err pickup. Four stars as there seemed to be some communication lags in house. Information gathered from the phone call was not found until a duplicate record was made and there was some confusion regarding what the mechanic had reported. These issues were quickly resolved however it did give the appearance of being unorganized. Not a deal breaker however other people may be put off by this. Overall very satisfied with my first visit.
