Quality, honesty, customer service
Very grateful to work with Steve and the mechanics at Matt's alignment; I have depended on them for years, due to me proving others wrong whenever I would go some place else, because the auto mechanics at Matt's work hard to provide the most honest accurate assessments and do the most complete job.

My experience is as follows:
Service excellent
Promptness excellent
Parts they upsell the parts installed by 100% over regular oem prices. I confirmed this by contacting 6 local dealerships available in the area. I see no reason other than to add to their profit margin. I recommend you ask about this before committing to service at Matt's Alignment

You have to go here!
I’ve gotten many things fixed on my cars here! They are always friendly, timely, and great with their communication! It’s very reasonably priced and the service is too notch! Steve is my go to there! He’s been wonderful to work with!

Break & break fluid change on my prius
Took my prius in for a free break inspection yesterday. Left it there for about an hour and they called to let me know i needed my front and back breaks as well as the fluid changed . They were very friendly and informative. It was a bit expensive for everything but they were willing to work with me as much as they were able to in a way that was reasonable for both me & them . Overall it was a great experience.
