Routine Oil Change & Tire Rotation
Matthew’s Service & Repair provided exceptional service and communication. Our Telluride was serviced yesterday, and the owner informed us that the plastic oil filter housing exhibited signs of leakage. This issue is reportedly a known problem. The owner contacted KIA to inquire about replacing the housing with a aftermarket metal one. However, KIA only offered to replace it with the same part, leaving us to continue experiencing the same leakage problem. Fortunately, we resolved the issue by purchasing a new metal filter housing. Mathews service and repair knew of the kia problem and had the housings in stock. excellent forethought on their part.
