The rear bumper was damaged. The replacement bumper installed was not the same as the one previously on there and not the same as what goes on a new car of that model. They said they would get the correct one and put it on there, but they said the replacement part was damaged and told me that happened repeatedly. Its obvious at this point that story was BS, and they just wanted me to give up so they did not have to fix THEIR mistake. I would never take another car there for repair. They were nice but they lied to me repeatedly. The replacement bumper looks ok and fits ok, but its not the same one.
