We had a horrible experience with my previous vehicle getting in an accident and waiting a very long time for parts (par for the course these days with parts). We contacted Hyundai to get details about getting in a new vehicle instead. Within 24 hours we had a new vehicle with our name on it, the loans all switched over and vehicle waited on parts traded in. Very happy to be in a new vehicle and for the quick and easy service!
