Master Tech provided with fast, thorough, courteous service. My car is 20 years old and I've always taken it to the dealer where first they’d snort in disbelief that I didn’t want a new car, then upsell, upsell, upsell, then send me home with a long list of “upcoming needed repairs.” How was I ever to trust them? Everyone at Master Tech treated me with respect despite my age and gender. There’s no upselling, only a clear, carefully explained description of what needed to be done. Then they did it in a timely way with a daily call to update me on progress. Fantastic service and nice people.
