Crowes Is Great!
Crowes is very honest and cab fix any vehicle, new or old domestic or foreign. They have been very honest and trustworthy working on our 1996 Chevrolet pick-up. They installed a Jasper engine in it 5 years ago and it has worked flawlessly. They have also installed a new fuel pump in the gas tank and a new alternator, as well as all routine tires, brakes, and oil changes, and air conditioner maintenaace. They also do all the routine maintenance on our 2007 Nissan, tires, brakes, oil changes, etc. I trust them more than any other shop in Lexington.

I will never go anywhere else!
Best auto repair experience I've had. They kept me informed throughout the process. I didn't have to wonder what was going on or how long it was going to take. I felt like they cared as much for my car as I do...that means something to me. Would I recommend them? Absolutely! I will never take my car anywhere else.

Great service! Great price!
My wife and daughter were returning from a trip to Gatlinburg when they broke down on the interstate near Crowes master Tech. My first concern was they would be ripped off by a mechanic. When Crowes called to explain what they had found I relayed the info to my local mechanic. He confirmed it was a great price and sounded legit. Thank you Crowes Master Tech for helping my girls get home!

HORRIBLE SERVICE WILL NEVER RETURN
Service was horrible the ower was very very rude an disrespectful.... they couldn't tell me what was wrong with my vehicle when I had taking it 2 months ago at which I had no issue with there service at that time told me I didn't have to pay cause they didn't know what the problem was so I had it towed to another car shop which they found out what was wrong wit it within hours I had the car picked up for review to see if I was worth getting fixed the car company so happened to send back to this place... which now they can find almost everything wrong wit it but couldnt show me what they found... they took notes from the previous car place an added them into the notes from when they couldnt find anything as if they found it. They are liers an schemers just watch how they do there work THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED

Great place for car repairs!
It takes a team .... these amazing hard working and knowledgeable guys do great work and will save you loads of money always without ever sacrificing quality. I’m consistently impressed.
My son owns an old Lexus that has needed a variety of repairs and maintenance. Will and his staff have never let us down. Their professionalism shines each and every time.
I will recommend them to all I know. They are diligent, provide superior service and take the time also to explain all that needs to be done.
I want to thank Will, in particular, for his efforts to provide such wonderful service. He’s been unbelievably kind and helpful.

Beware -Owner is a Hothead - Never go here!
BEWARE -Owner is HUGE JERK & LIED about impounding my car & he knows it.
>Go to Auto Tech @ 1405 N Broadway - They’re PROFESSIONALS w/ GREAT SERVICE.
>Crowe’s won’t contact if car won't be ready when they said. When I planned to take it elsewhere - Owner said he’d impound my car if not off his lot in 3 hours. Trust me DON’T deal w this Hothead.
>Crowe’s rec’d my car Wed at 4pm. On Fri, I had to call for update & they said it’d be at least Monday.
>Auto Tech got my car at 10:30 am Friday and I was back on the road by 4:30p that same day.

Great customer service
I had a break job done about 3 months back. Car developed a squeak front the brakes. I pulled in and they fixed it for me for no charge. Very good guys here and will continue to receive all my business

Great Service!
Crowes was a very good experience. Stopped in for new brake pads. They were very thorough and had great customer service. Their work is pretty solid and prices are reasonable. Would highly recommend.
