Went for a second opinion
I was referred to Kevin by a couple I have known for a very long time. I was not disappointed!!
I had an oil change at my dealership (been going there since 2011) and before I left, I was informed that I needed an oil pan. I have only 39k miles on my car. My car has never produced a single drop of oil. So I went to Kevin (no charge!!) and he invited me to come and look at the oil pan and it was dripping oil. He gave me several instances in which the leak probably started. He printed out a short synopsis for me to take with me back to the dealership. (No pointing fingers which was professional)
I went to the dealership immediately and told them the situation and handed them the paperwork Kevin gave me. The manager at the dealership took one look to see where it came from and there were no questions asked.
Kevin, I took that to mean that the manager knew the source and there was no reason to question it.
