Smooth every time!
I purchased my third vehicle 3 years ago from Massey Hyundai! Kaitlyn is by far my favorite car saleswoman and I refer everyone to her when I hear they’re looking for a smooth transaction. I love my Elantra so much but if I ever decide to trade it in, I know where to find her!

I have for the last 23 years buy and have my cars serviced at Massey. As of today they lost a long time customer.I had taken my 2020 Elantra in for 60,000 mile up keep. In the mean time I was there one month before for a tire rotation, oil change. I had mentioned at the follow up appointment tires were off since my oil change. After my 60,000 appointment I pick my car up. Oil marks on the door and my balance on my tires were still off. Took my car for a second look.look else where.They were never balanced. I called to speak to the manager. Told me they would make it right. And call me back. I happened to miss the call and they said it was on the cameras the mechanic did the rotation. I am no longer taking my car here. The new mechanic I have now is small business owned. Im happier now. But be aware!!!

Service manager
Service is very bad here, as a former employer here at this job I’ve witnessed a lot of stuff I’ve seen that they rip there costumers off by telling them they have a problem with there vechiles as a fuel pump for there Own work truck when it was the service manager fault for putting bad fuel in the work truck but calls a costumer and says “hey man your gonna need a fuel pump” and my opinion that’s just wrong making the costumer pays for somebody else mistake. Highly don’t recommend this business at all!!!!

Unprofessional
We have sent certified letters simply asking for a meeting with the GM regarding issues since picking up my 2013 Hyundai Elantra. I dropped my car off on 6-24-2022 @7am and picked it up on 7-20-2022 late afternoon. I was told my engine was denied by Hyundai America which we are fighting, then told the DM or GM was working on something to make the customer happy for weeks. We wanted not to put this on reviews and instead have a personal meeting with the GM on issues but instead receive an email of mileage in and the denial and to contact Hyundai America for service information? When picking up my car I was told it had 129k miles which made no sense because I have an oil change almost 2 months prior and my mileage was almost 127k therefore it is not possible that I drove my car an additional 2,000 miles just before dropping off my car to them. And it took Randy 15 minutes to find my car keys and we have no idea where he found them and watched the entire time he went in and out the door asking where my keys are. We also did not receive the service in paperwork that shows exactly what was done to my car the 3 1/2 weeks it was with them and till this day have not received that paperwork. Telling us the diagnostic fee was waved was great even though we were never once told we would be charged any fee and we have nothing to show on paper that it was done including codes that would show on diagnostic check. We also do not know if the engine was actually taken apart and looked at and only told pictures were sent to Hyundai Motor America. Also my car drives worse than it did when I dropped off my car on 6-24-2022. These are questions we respectfully wanted to personally ask the GM with a meeting instead of having to blast it on review's. We stated we wanted a meeting or we would pursue other options and have been in contact with an attorney as well as WV attorney general and NHTSA and the next step is involving the authorities. One more letter will go out asking again to have a respectful customer concern meeting for a remedy to this issue. As I have said, I did not want to blast this on any reviews but seems they are not willing or interested in speaking or meeting with a customer with these types of issues.

Awesome Experience
I came into Massey Hyundai today. Met with Kevin Bush. I have never been so pleased. He was efficient yet very knowledgeable didn't cut corners or even try to over sell their products. I am impressed how quickly the process went. Absolutely would buy from him again. Referring all my friends. Thanks Kevin and great job.

Unexceptable service
We have yet to receive a response or phone call from the General Manager Faith Massey. We sent a certified letter asking to schedule a meeting with her regarding my 2013 Hyundai Elantra. This is extremely unprofessional not responding or contacting us to discuss the issue before pursuing other options. We have until closing of business tomorrow for a call in order to meet with Ms. Massey and this far have been extremely patient. I have received a response from the owner 2 weeks ago regarding my Google review to please call them. Unfortunately when I did so I was told the owner wasn't available and took my name and number but did not receive a call. Therefore we sent a letter respectfully asking to schedule a meeting. This meeting is of the utmost importance.

Not the best experience
Fist time buying a new car at this place the guy who help me with the financing went above and beyond answering all my question and explaining every inquiry I might have unfortunately I did not have the best experience with the salesperson only changed his attitude and customer service to me when he realized that I was actually going to purchased the car.

Great experience, awesome sales lady!
I had a great experience at Massey in Hagerstown purchasing a new Hyundai Kona. Kaitlyn was my sales lady and did an awesome job! She worked hard for the sale and walked us through everything to be sure we understood what was next. She made sure to go over all the buttons and connections to my phone before we left. I would recommend Massey and Kaitlyn to my family and friends who are looking for a vehicle to purchase.

Floor Mats
I recently purchased a 2018 Hyundai Tucson and was not pleased at all with my salesman.I made a trip over from Hedgesville to test drive a car that had not yet passed Md state inspection so I could not test drive it,salesperson said he would take pictures of the car after it was cleaned up and send them to me-that never happened!I stopped by on my own to find it out on the lot so finally got to test drive it,told him the next day that I would purchase it,it had been reduced in price by about $500 so when I asked about the final price he sent me the wrong quote that he had quoted as I had it written down,his attitude and customer service towards me only changed when he realized that I was going to actually purchase the car,other salespeople were offering their customers coffee or water or opening the door for their customers,I was actually hoping I could find a vehicle at the Honda dealership as their customer service went above and beyond, texting me pictures of cars they thought I might be interested in,when I test drove the car I noticed plastic on the floor boards but I assumed that was to keep the car clean since it had been thoroughly cleaned but when I went to pick the car up I saw that there was actually no floor mats-all I am asking for are floor mats which should come standard with any car purchase,I have texted numerous times only to be given excuses!I noticed the wrong email address on my paperwork so I told him about only to be told it was ok,then my daughter started to get all the emails that I should have been receiving!

45000 mile service
I called to schedule a 45,000 mile service and was given an appointment. We discussed what items would be scheduled and we agreed to do the ones I wanted. The work was performed while I waited and now I have driven 500miles and I find everything continues to perform satisfactory
