I have taken my car there twice. First time they kept the car for 4 days, claimed to be short handed and backed up. I had to call and check on my car because I had not heard from them. Second time I go there, short handed and backed up again. Was told to bring it back Saturday morning. Called to check on my car 3 hours later and they haven’t even looked at it. Said I should have made a appointment. When you tell me on a Thursday to bring it in Saturday morning, that’s a appointment to me. I will not be returning and I will spread the word around to avoid them.
