Horrible experience more damage than when taken in, trust anyone over this garage.
If I could give zero stars I would! Please do research and ask around before taking a vehicle here. I didn't hear of all the horror stories until after the damage was done and I put a post on my Facebook yesterday. First I would like to mention, I had thousands wrapped up in a vehicle that wasnt worth it, but it was cheaper than buying something else at the time. Continuing on, I got an estimate for $2300, then they kept racking on other costs, and when I was at my wits end- they had my car over a month to replace a head gasket, they tacked on another $450 to even pick up the car for a new oil pan claiming they couldn't get it back on the car but didn't mention any issues when taking it off or even asked me if it was ok that I make this extra purchase, I paid it because I was ready to have my car back. Well, I have my whole driver side door at the bottom caved in from being up on a jack and the door ripped open and a whole crack to my front bumper from transferring it in and out of their garage. I picked the car up at dark because this was the only time I could due to my work, and who wouldn't trust a garage cosmetically with their vehicle? I put my trust into them not to do the damage they did. Anyways the next morning as soon as I seen this damage in daylight I stopped in at the garage asap they were at lunch so I spoke to the sales person. Ok fine said they were closed on the weekends and to come back Monday (had to work all evening when I left) I gave them till Monday and that weekend to speak to their mechanic I got ahold of the person who towed my car (they record the service they do) which came in handy for myself to prove it happened On their watch.
anyways, I tried to stop and be nice about it but I told them they did it, they need to make it right. I demanded they fix what they had done, they only wanted to fix what they did to my driver side door and I just was not settling for that when I have proof they did both. so I'm currently going through our court system to get reimbursement for the damages they caused as I petitioned this morning, and my car is not idling right and has the check engine light on, so now they will be even paying to fix this motor the right way (probably the dealership replace with a new one) since their mechanic couldn't for almost $4,000 on a valued at $2,000 car.
Ps, when I confronted the mechanic ( I recorded it for court purposes so this case will be easy with all my other documentation, he the mechanic scatched his head and said well it could of happened there but he just doesn't remember) That sounds very trustworthy, and it seemed because my car already had a scratch on it when taken there on the other side, he didn't want to believe his mechanic was that negligent or rude to someone's property, so it's better we just go the right way and them pay for all their mistakes including the job they were paid very well to do and how this company operates.
Just whatever you do before choosing this so called company with a horrible reputation to locals, ask people around you!!! what I wish I would have done to begin with.
