My car needed a long (120,000 mile) servicing, and I was confident from past experience that Mark would do just that and be accountable in writing. Plus, there wasn't any surprise added things, like my concern about my steering wheel being a little wonky. It wasn't, but Mark could have done some fake "work" on it and charged me for it. He simply tested my steering wheel and said it was fine and needed nothing, to my great relief.
