As a woman, i have found it hard to find mechanics who don't try to up sell or tell me my car needs something done to it that it doesn't. I have been to Mark's place about 4 times for oil changes and minor repairs, they always examine my car and tell me what is going on with it now and what will need to be fixed in the near future, but there is no pressure. The front desk woman is extremely knowledgeable as well, and seems to be a big part of the team, running back and forth and keeping customers posted on their cars. It is actually somewhat fun to hang out here while waiting!
