Mark Mazda had never grown out of old school sleazy car sales tactics amd their finance dept is the root of it. Our buying experience was horrible, with them being deceptive about rates and other aspects. Now we've sold our mazda and they won't facilitate the refund on our gap and maintenance coverage despite their legal obligation. The finance dept didn't answer the phone and it took many emails and ultimately a legal threat to get a single email out of them. That's after my salesman tried to tell me he couldn't give me any way to contact the finance dept. Still fighting to get our money back and any outline of what they are refunding. Drive to a different dealership if you want a mazda. Mark Mazda is a bad dealership with bad intentions.
